Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping:

   - Eligibility: Orders over PKR 2,000.

   - Delivery: Time: 3-5 business days.

Processing Times

- All orders are processed within 12-24 Hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- During peak seasons, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.

Address & Delivery Issues

- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go to an incorrect address if it was provided at checkout.

- If you realize there’s an error, please contact us at 0345 0106790. within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make adjustments.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
